Lands requires full time for a monument Assistant Manager of Guest Services To join the guest services team. This site reports to guest service managers.

The Assistant Manager of Guest Services assists staff, is responsible for creating staff schedules, assists in opening and closing processes, oversees financial management, works with Alturu (or similar POS ticketing system), and provides additional support to the management team. .

Obligations and obligations

  • Serve as an ambassador for Grounds For Sculpture to develop a culture of inclusion for all members, donors, volunteers and guests.
  • Stay up-to-date on GFS news and events and ensure that all GS employees are aware of events, programs, processes and policies.
  • Provides regular updates on the Guest Services Information site and adds up-to-date information to supervisors in the Welcome Center
  • Responsible for opening and closing processes. It can open and close GFS on its own.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years related experience
  • Pre-training staff
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Advanced financial management experience
  • Ability to work on a variety of programs, including weekends, holidays and evenings
  • Advanced customer service and problem solving skills; Prior customer service experience required
  • It should be very organized and detailed, able to do a lot of work and have excellent communication skills.
