Emphasizing the availability of fruits and vegetables in the district, he said that if the department can introduce food technology education in the next academic session in addition to architecture, it could help people in the food industry.
He invited students from different districts to use the first technical institute in Doyang.
Speaking at the event, Temjen Imna Along said land ownership is one of the major problems in delaying projects in Nagaland.
Imna Yantan praised his efforts and perseverance in establishing a political institute. Currently, students from different districts come to one of the beautiful landscapes in the region and learn.
“I ask people to send their children to the institute and architecture is a work-oriented subject. The faculty of teaching should provide quality education to students, ”he added.
In addition to a diploma in architecture, Medo Yehoka, Technical Education and Choice Consultant, hopes to offer a variety of courses in the future. He said the institute could be a technical education center.
It is to be noted that the Government Polytechnic Doing will offer a three-year diploma course in architecture in 15 academic years, approved by the Indian Architecture Council, beginning this academic year (beginning July 2022).
