Now is the time for Vintage Victory Parks to return to prominence.

TOn Wednesday, May 18, a fire broke out between a firefighter and a member of the Silver Town Council board. A meeting of the Kettle River Municipality will be held on Thursday, May 26 at 7 p.m. This is an open meeting and it is important to have as many people as possible.

During World War I and World War II, victories were won. Victory parks provided a way for homeowners to contribute to the war effort. These gardens have helped to extend the budget, promote healthy exercise, and provide a chemical-free diet.

This year’s shortage of food may be a time to rekindle the gardens of victory. They don’t have to be big, but just planting vegetables, such as lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pumpkins, squash, beans, peas, corn, and potatoes, can make a big difference for some people. Most of these foods can be grown in small spaces. It is still a very early plant, but now is the time to get the garden ready to be planted.
