Mid-August has always been my favorite part of summer — it’s time to relax in the warmth of winter with the exciting new season in its wings. Of course, those days were after Labor Day and the “temperature” was in the 90’s, not 108 degrees.
Nevertheless, August is still a time of laziness and a bountiful harvest, especially if you sow a lot of zucchini like you. It is also great for a few minutes to set up your garden or new nursery and your garden.

Hide and seek – Wisdom complements the nature of the South Coast vegetation garden Backyard visitors will be given the opportunity to explore eight hidden sculptures: six from the Los Angeles County Art Museum – exploring 87 hectares of gardens at 26300 Crenshaw Blvd. Rolling Hills is open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last allowed admission at 4:30 p.m.). Summer evening at Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens Continue on Labor Day, allowing visitors to visit the gardens on San Marino on 1151 Oxford Road at 4:30 to 8pm on weekends. How to take Hummingbird photos It is a 10-hour workshop in Roger’s Kindergarten at 2301 San Joaquin Hills Avenue, Corona del Mar, taught by photographer Steve Kaye.
