The report, presented at the regional conference on August 13, said the department was working on state gardening policy and long-term master plan strategies and clear points for fruit and vegetable development.
He said the performance of the “Vegetation and Fruit Growth” has resulted in poor financial management, economic and inefficient performance, including the creation of performance audit infrastructure, improved crop supply, post-harvest management and inefficient internal control.
The report stated that data collection techniques were not reliable and that maintenance of records was inappropriate.
