Vesch emphasizes on strengthening post-harvest work

Doda, December 03: Director of Fruit and Vegetation (Planning and Marketing) J. and K. Vishish Pal Mahajaan toured Doda and Kishwarwar districts for two days Evaluated completion methods and applications. Strengthen and repatriate agribusiness and create complex marketing infrastructure.

On the first day, the director, looking at Fruit and Fruit Mandi Batote, instructed the Engineering Wing on infrastructure issues and distributed business licenses to mandi market officials.

He also observed the ongoing construction work at the Kanderi Nala Farmers’ Market. The Director asked the Engineering Wing and AMO Doda Mandy to confirm that it will be launched in January 2022.

He later met with members of Saffron Growers and FPO in Pochal Kisishwar District and learned about Saffron’s marketing strategy.
